Travel insurance
We recommend all our guests take out a travel insurance policy to protect themselves in case of cancellations beyond the free cancellation period.

Dogs
We accept small adult dogs in certain room types and only upon request.
Dogs must be insured. In case of damage, the owners will be held responsible.
A supplement of EURO 20.00 per dog per day applies.
Dogs are allowed in common areas, the bar, and the lobby. They are also welcome on the terrace and in the garden in front of the Hotel.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the sunbathing area and swimming pool.
Tourist tax
The amount is € 2.50 per person per nights a maximum of 10 nights. The tax must be paid at the check-out.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
Check-in & check-out time
Check-in: from 14:00 until 24:00
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
After check-out, access to the SPA is free until 1:00 PM.
Should you wish to stay longer, a supplement of EURO 25.00 per person will be applied.
Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. The surcharge is EURO 90.00 and allows use of the room and hotel services until 7:30 PM.

With care and attention, we listen to your needs to offer you an authentic and worry-free culinary experience. Please inform us of your dietary requirements in advance, so we can ensure the best possible service.
Double room for single use
By contacting our reception directly, it is possible to book some of our rooms for single use.
In this case, we apply a 50% surcharge on the per-person rate.

Services included
- All the rates include access to the spa. A spa kit with bathrobes and slippers (for adults) is provided in the room.
- All our guests have free use of our parking place in front of the Hotel. For some types of rooms parking space in the garage is included in the daily rate
- Bike storage with charging stations for e-bikes. Also, a small workshop with tools for repairs and maintenance.
