“I enjoy playing with ingredients and preparation techniques; but when I create a new dish, before it reaches the guests’ table, I test it and retest it until it reaches perfect balance. And it’s not always easy, considering that in my restaurant—which is part of a hotel—the challenge is to create a different menu every day while always ensuring the highest quality.”

Breccia

The Family Winery

Omar, heir to a long winemaking tradition, grew up surrounded by his family’s vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana. After completing his university studies and gaining experience—including in the wine sector—he chose to follow his dream: to return to his roots and bring a new, ambitious project to life. This is how Breccia was born: a small winery in the heart of Mezzocorona, which Omar leads with passion and vision.

Breccia is territory, it is beauty. It is majestic mountains, lively streams, lush valleys—landscapes carefully shaped by human hands with dedication and care.
