Travel insurance

Dogs
Our hotel accepts small/medium sized dogs, not puppies, in certain room types and only upon request.
Dogs must have insurance for damages.
The extra charge is EURO 15,00 per day.
Small dogs are allowed in the common areas, bar and lobby, and are also welcome on the terrace and in the garden in front of the hotel.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the sunbathing area and swimming pool.
Tourist tax
The amount is € 2.50 per person per nights a maximum of 10 nights. The tax must be paid at the check-out.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
Check-in & check-out time
Check-in: from 14:00 until 24:00
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
On the day of check-out, you have free access to the spa (leaving the room by 10 am) until 1:00 p.m.
Should you wish to stay longer, an extra charge of 25.00 euros per person will be charged.
Late check-out is possible upon request and is subject to room availability. The surcharge provided is 90.00 EURO and allows you to keep the room and use the hotel services until 19:30.
Double room for single use
It is possible to book one of our rooms for single use.
In this a surcharge of 50% on the price per person will be applied.

Services included
- All the rates include access to the spa. A spa kit with bathrobes and slippers (for adults) is provided in the room.
- All our guests have free use of our parking place in front of the Hotel. For some types of rooms parking space in the garage is included in the daily rate
- Bike room with charging socket for e-bikes. Also small workshop with equipment for
repairs and maintenance. - Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card:
